UCS7624 LED Strip

The UCS7624 is a 4-channel, 65536-level grayscale LED driver IC. This chip supports intelligent defective pixel resumable data transfer. Its internal circuitry includes an MCU digital interface, a data latch, and a high-voltage driver. The chip allows an external MCU to control the brightness of each channel. It can also operate in cascaded mode for outdoor large-screen applications.

With HPD’s intelligent error signal recognition technology, the chip achieves a channel error recognition rate of over 99%. Its patented dual-decoding engine monitors two channels simultaneously. If a signal issue occurs on any channel, the system performs a real-time switch. The RGBW channels of the UCS7624 provide 65535-level grayscale output.

The chip has individual current adjustment for each channel, a high-precision constant current design, and a 32K refresh frequency. These features enable accurate, rich and vivid colour reproduction. The product has good performance, high stability and reliable operation.
