High Density DMX512 GS8526 12V 180LEDs per Meter RGB Tape Light
This high density DMX512 GS8526 RGB LED strip has an operating voltage of 12V. 180 LEDs per meter, 20 pixels. Each IC controls 9 LEDs.
Matching with an addressable LED controller for programming, it can create RGB effects such as flowing water and chasing. The high density of this strip makes it more suitable for lighting projects that require high brightness, so it is widely used in the production of LED screens, LED walls and billboards.
This strip can be cut every 50mm. Suntechlite provides RGB LED strips with different waterproof levels, IP20, IP54, IP65, IP67, IP68. Welcome to contact us for customization.

12V GS8526 DMX Addressable RGB LED Strip Product Feature
This is the highest-density 12V DMX RGB LED strip. There are 180 LEDs per metre on this 12V DMX RGB LED strip, which makes it quite bright. Lighting effects that are more even and brighter.
The 12V input voltage is suitable for delicate, medium-length lighting applications, and it responds directly to DMX signals for precise color transitions and lighting effects.
A single GS8526 IC controls nine LEDs. The pixel pitch is 50mm. The high LED density enables this DMX RGB light strip to produce more precise color shifts and dynamic effects. More complex and artistic lighting effects, such as high-quality gradients, color shifts, and gobos, are available.
This DMX RGB LED strip combines exquisite color rendering with high light output. It is particularly suitable for neon lighting applications where lumen requirements are high. Delicate color transitions and dynamic effects in a variety of lighting conditions.

Control Method: DMX (Asynchronous) vs SPI (Synchronous)
DMX LED strips use asynchronous serial and SPI LED strips use synchronous serial.
Asynchronous serial communication protocols of DMX LED strip transmit data without a clock signal and use packets with start and stop bits.
Synchronous serial communication protocols of SPI LED strips transmit data with a clock signal and are faster and more efficient.
The main difference between the two types of serial communication protocols for LED strips is how data is transmitted. DMX asynchronous serial communication is simpler and more flexible, but less efficient and slower than synchronous serial communication. SPI synchronous serial communication is more efficient but more complex, requiring specialized hardware and software for implementation.
