Neon Tube Production
Combined with the production process of neon tubes, the extrusion process of neon tubes uses an extrusion machine for production operations. Theoretically, it can be extended indefinitely. Considering the rear end of the machine and the site reasons, it is generally possible to make 50-100 meters/roll.
Neon tube inserting, because it is produced manually (multiple people), first blow a silk thread into the tube (compressed gas can be used to complete it), and then use the silk thread to tie one end of the fixed light strip at the other end of the tube. One person pulls the silk thread at one end, and one person uses an air gun to blow air into the other end of the tube to make the air in the tube circulate, reduce the air resistance in the tube, and facilitate the insertion of it. Under normal circumstances, the longest length of the neon tube inserting is within 15 meters.
