How to customize LED PCB Board Projects:
Step 1: Design work (conceptual and CAD PCB layout)
Define project requirements, create a schematic, design the PCB layout using CAD software, and prepare the design for manufacturing.
Step 2: Produce PCB
Fabricate the designed PCB by manufacturing the board with the specified materials, layers, and components. Followed by quality checks to ensure it meets the design specifications.
Step 3: Making steel mesh
Create a precise stencil, or steel mesh, used for applying solder paste to the PCB during assembly. Accurate placement and solder of surface-mount components.
Step 4: Finished PCB assembly LEDs
Mount and solder LEDs and other components onto the PCB. Ensure proper alignment, secure connections, and verify the functionality of the assembled board.
Step 5: Put resistors, transistors, diodes, wires, etc on the PCB board.
