BC-LR-01 SPI Signal Transmitter And Receiver Overview
The BC-LR-01 is a transmitter and receiver pair that carries one channel of SPI data over long cable runs. SPI signals degrade fast once the cable between the controller and the SPI LED strip gets long — colours drift, pixels freeze, or the far end simply stops responding. The BC-LR-01 sits at each end of that cable and keeps the data clean for runs of 100 m and beyond.
Both the input and the output use differential signalling, which is what makes long runs work on real sites. Electrical noise from mains cabling, motors and dimmers is picked up equally by both halves of a differential pair and cancelled out at the receiver, instead of corrupting the data. Both ends also carry protection circuits, so a miswired connector does not take the transmitter out.
Installation is solder-based: the 3P pads take the pixel LED controller side or the strip directly, and the 2P pads take a 5 mm pitch terminal block and wires. The board auto-adapts to anything from 5V to 24V, so the same unit works on 5V, 12V and 24V systems without a jumper or a second SKU.

Transmitter and receiver, or amplifier? Use the BC-LR-01 when the controller and the strip are far apart and you need a clean signal across that gap. If your signal is weak because you are splitting one output to many strips rather than because of distance, a SPI signal amplifier is usually the simpler choice.
