BC-D32 32CH RGBW DMX512 Decoder Overview
The BC-D32 converts a standard DMX512/1990 signal into 32 channels of constant voltage PWM output, so a lighting console can drive 32 separate circuits from one unit. Each channel handles up to 3A, giving 96A of total load capacity and up to 2304W at 24V, enough to run long DMX RGBW LED strip runs without splitting the job across several decoders.
One decoder covers four control modes: DIM, CT, RGB and RGBW. Dimming is linear and flicker-free, which matters for camera work and for any install where the light is dimmed low. The unit reads 8-bit or 16-bit DMX data, and a 3-digit display on the front shows the current DMX address, so setting the start address on site does not require a laptop.
Input wiring is protected against incorrect connection at the DMX port, and settings survive power loss. The decoder auto-adapts to any supply from DC 5V to 24V, so the same model works across 5V, 12V and 24V systems.
