8mm 148leds DC5V 148 Pixels WS2812 SK6812 Programmable RGB
We can supply the highest LED strip 148leds per meter design at 5v at ultra thin PCB 8mm, if you are interested, please feel free to contact us.
Normal WS2812 LED strip in the market is 144leds/m and width 12mm makes it difficult to install in a thinner place, with our narrow width WS2812B LED strip and highest density 148pixels/m, this issue could be solved. It could be customized to IP20/IP67 waterproof ratings, suitable for indoor & outdoor lighting environments.
DC5V low voltage control, no radiation, no flicker, safety and stability, 3M tape on the back, suitable for a narrow space environment and easy to install.
1. Each meter of this strip contains 148 addressable RGB LEDs, is 8mm wide, and uses a DC 5V input. You have to cut every 2 LEDs! That’s right, this is a digitally addressable LED strip. You can set the color of each LED’s red, green, and blue components with up to 8-bit PWM accuracy (that’s 24 bits of color per pixel).
2. The LEDs are controlled by shift registers, which are connected in series down the strip, allowing you to shorten or lengthen the strip.
3. A single digital output pin is needed to send data down the strip.
4. Each LED chip has built-in PWM functionality, so once you’ve set the color, you can stop communicating with the strip, and it will continue to control the PWM outputs of all the LEDs for you.
5. To power this addressable strip, you’ll need a 5V power supply. It’s flexible and can be fixed to uneven surfaces. It is easy to install (using 3M self-adhesive or mounting clips).
The WS2812B and SK6812 are very similar and can be used as drop-in replacements in most applications, as they share the same interface and color sequence (so WS2812B and SK6812-based LED strips can be connected in series).

Compare WS2812B, SK6812 with WS2811, WS2813, WS2815, SK9822
Suntechlite provides a comparison chart comparing the WS2812B, SK6812 with WS2811, WS2813, WS2815, and SK9822.
The biggest differences between the WS2812B/ SK6812 and other IC light strips are:
WS2812B:
1. Inexpensive, compatible with most libraries, 5V means your LEDs and microcontroller can share power.
2. Power injection is required every 5m to keep color accuracy.
SK6812:
1. Dedicate the “White” LED channel to allow for the most accurate white colors.
2. The library must include a white channel(Neopixel).
