6mm 480led 24V Tight Space COB LED Strip

COB stands for Chip-on-Board, where the LED chip is directly mounted onto the PCB board and encapsulated with a sealing layer. Different sealing layers produce different colors.

COB LED strips retain the general characteristics of LED strips, including energy efficiency, high flexibility (more flexible than standard LED strips), high color rendering index, and the ability to be cut to length. They feature a 3M adhesive design for easy installation.

With a high Color Rendering Index (CRI) up to 90 and multiple color options, they accurately reproduce the original color temperature of external environments. Available in Warm White 2700K/3000K, Natural White 4000K, and Daylight White 6000K.

The entire LED strip uses COB narrow-profile LED technology. It’s only 6mm wide—pretty thin—but it can fit 480 LED chips per meter. Plus, the chips themselves are bright, so the light it gives off is super smooth, with none of those tiny visible bright spots.

This COB LED strip has high-quality Epistar super-bright chips , so it lasts longer. What’s more, the whole ultra-narrow strip is really flexible—you can bend it to any angle you want.

Lighting color is uniform. With 480 chips per meter of ultra-dense COB LEDs, brightness is high, and the strip exhibits virtually no light spots, flicker, or radiation.

Utilizing DC24V low-voltage input, it is safe, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly, suitable for accent lighting, ambient lighting, and mood lighting.

For cabinet lighting, you may need a thinner LED strip such as 6mm but high density, then this kind of COB LED strip is the perfect one, 10w per meter generates 1000lm and CRI90 gives you a comfortable feeling while working in this environment.  Installation is straightforward, as the LED strip can be cut at designated points and adhered to most surfaces with its adhesive backing, allowing for customization and creativity in lighting design projects.

How to Cut COB LED strips

The COB strips have a minimum number of cutting lines and pads. Because the distance between two LED chips is too near, we recommend cutting the COB strips while lighting the strips with a reduced current. Normally, DC12V strips can be cut every 25mm, whereas DC24V strips can be cut every 50mm.
