48V Programmable Super Long DMX RGB LED Strip Pictures
The 48V GS8516C SMD2835 RGB DMX strip can support up to 30 meters without voltage drop. This 48V LED strip has RGB color mode and 120 2835 RGB LEDs per meter. One IC controls 12 LEDs.
At a higher 48 volt voltage, the LED strip can run longer distances. 3oz or 4oz double-layer PCB, high current flow, no voltage drop, same brightness from beginning to end. Equipped with 3M thermal backing tape, it simplifies installation and has good heat dissipation, less light decay, and longer life.
The DMX GS8516C RGB LED strip has a breakpoint resume function and dual signal transmission data to ensure signal stability. Suntechlite provides a 3 to 5-year warranty.
DC48V programmable super long DMX RGB LED strip is suitable for indoor and outdoor architecture, stage decoration, sign backlighting, landscape lighting, etc.
48V DMX Addressable RGBW LED Strip Product Feature
The GS8516 2835 RGB DMX LED strip utilizes 48V voltage. Support longer cable lengths and reduce the effects of voltage drop and signal degradation in large DMX LED lighting systems or applications requiring long-distance transmission.
Compared to 12V and 24V DMX LED strips, 48V DMX LEDs deliver the same power at lower current. Minimize cable losses and improve efficiency.
A single GS8516 IC chip can control 12 2835 RGB LEDs within a 100mm strip area. By assigning a unique address to each 100mm strip area, you can program any desired lighting effect via DMX control.
Dual-channel data transmission and resumable transmission ensure signal stability.

How to Wire DMX LED Strip
All DMX LED strips have 5 wires: two wires for power, two wires for data, and a special wire for address setting. SPI LED strips usually have 3 wires or 4 wires. The WS2811, WS2812, SK6812, TM1814 LED strips have 3 wires, and WS2813, WS2815, WS2818, GS8208 LED strips have 4 wires. The DMX LED strip wiring is more complex. You need to connect with the DMX Encoder to set the address first.
How to Control Connect and Wire Addressable LED Strip
DMX LED Strip vs SPI LED Strip
After finishing the address setting, connect the strip to the DMX controller to achieve dynamic lighting effects. Take K-1000C as an example, the connection method is as follows:
Note: No matter connect with the Address encoder or DMX controller, don’t connect the address wire. When connecting with other DMX strips, connect all 5 wires.
