What is 48V LED strip? It is DC48V input LED rope light, compared with 24V and 12V LED strips, 48V LED strips can maintain optimal brightness for a longer length because the higher voltage is enough to support the voltage drop.
The ability to run longer lengths from a single power source without loss of brightness or quality makes 48V LED strips particularly suitable for large installations, commercial spaces, and situations where maintaining consistent lighting quality across long distances is critical.

Recommend 48V power supply 48V LED controller
Voltage drop occurs over any basic conductor length carrying current to a load. The voltage of the first LED of the strip will always be higher than the voltage of the last LED. The more LEDs hanging from a cable or PCB, and the longer the cable or PCB, the higher the voltage drop will be. Eventually, there will be a point some distance away where the LED will no longer function properly.
In general, 12V LED strip supports 5 meters with no voltage drop; 24V LED strip supports 10 meters with no voltage drop; 36V LED strip supports 30 meters with no voltage drop; 48V LED strip supports 40 meters with no voltage drop.
