Our 365nm UV LED black light strip has 120 2835-type LED beads per meter. Thanks to the dense arrangement of the LED beads, the UV radiation is very even, so this light strip works great for disinfection and curing.
You can cut this 365nm UV curing light strip every 6 beads (50 millimeters) to get the length you need. What’s more, the filtered 365nm UV light can be bent, so it fits well even on uneven surfaces where you want to install it.
10mm width LED strip is widely installed in various kinds of aluminum profiles with better heat dissipation than 8mm width 365nm LED strip. 16w per meter is a higher power consumption and a brighter lighting effect, making this light strip popular for parties, clubs, and art installations. 24V voltage, one side connected to the power supply, can run 10 meters same brightness, so less labor cost in installation.
Putting up a 10mm 24V 365nm Ultraviolet LED Strip on an aluminium profile:
You will need a 365nm UV LED Strip, an aluminium profile that can hold 10mm strips, end caps, mounting clips (if needed), and a 24V power supply that works with the strip.
Notice: When choosing an aluminium profile, make sure it has a diffuser that fits the 10mm width of the LED strip. The profile should have a high thermal conductivity so that it can get rid of heat quickly.
Installation:
Step 1: Install the aluminum channel. Just fix the aluminum channel to where you want to install it with screws.
Step 2: Attach the light strip. Take off the sticky paper off the back of the LED light strip and press it firmly into the aluminium channel. Make sure to stick it on properly so that the light shines out evenly.
Step 3: Wire and power on.
Connect the light strip to a 24V power supply. Make sure the positive and negative poles are not reversed. If you don’t want to solder, use a solderless connector to join them. It will also hold securely.
Step 4: Give it a try. As soon as you turn on the power, check to see that all the parts of the light strip are on and functional.
